I was so pleasantly surprised with how incredible this olive oil tasted just on its own- it’s almost too good to cook with! My favorite way to enjoy is on sliced tomatoes with some salt. No bitter taste whatsoever.

The oil is the best I've had. The spice for bread dip is a matter of taste. I added salt and it was very good. That's just me.
